Receive Authorization
Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all manuals and accessories, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
